'No lights in the hot tub, hot tub was dirty. Chair in the room was stained.
Breakfast signage said it was available until 11, but before 9am it was being put away and when we tried to communicate that to the staff putting it away, we were unable to communicate our questions. '

'The staff is excellent, the front desk and the bellman were a blast from the past at the excellent service you come to expect from a Westin. Where it fell short wet the amenities which I’ve been accustomed to in my previous stays. It’s a little thing, but when you pay $400 for a hotel room you expect better than 1 ply toilet paper. Their beds are still the best in the business though. Make sure you bring a step stool if you are shorter than 5’2”.

'I had a great stay overall. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety, which was a perfect way to start the day. The pool was very clean, and the hot tub was warm and relaxing. I also really appreciated the small convenience store on-site—it was stocked with microwavable food and drinks, which made grabbing a quick snack super easy. I would definitely stay here again!'
