'Beds were comfortable, but noise level was terrible, noisiest hotel I ever stayed in-ceilings and walls were not very soundproof and the staff standing in hallways talking was annoying'

'Yes pets allowed but there was broken glass all over the sidewalk and parking lot. Then i didn't see anywhere it was listed for 12$ parking a $3 bottled water. That the case is 6$ at Walmart. The indoor pool was like 65⁰ and so was the hot tub. It's just disappointing. '

'Do not stay here. The room we booked was suddenly unavailable so they “upgraded” us to a “better” room. The room we originally booked was a king, they gave us a queen spa suite. Which was newly renovated, but it was tiny and the jetted tub for two was definitely not for two adults. It was also in the middle of the room, and since the room was so small, you got the bed wet any time you used it. That jetted tub is also the only shower / bath in the room at all. Very weird. 'The staff is excellent, the front desk and the bellman were a blast from the past at the excellent service you come to expect from a Westin. Where it fell short wet the amenities which I’ve been accustomed to in my previous stays. It’s a little thing, but when you pay $400 for a hotel room you expect better than 1 ply toilet paper. Their beds are still the best in the business though. Make sure you bring a step stool if you are shorter than 5’2”. The biggest “miss” was the food service. ...
