EXTREMELY rude hung up on me twice. Ordered staff silent as to what went on. We were up all night and because I booked through Expedia they did not offer a refund. We left as soon as the we could after the police had left the next morning. Do NOT stay at this hotel. Not safe. Not accommodating. Didn’t even offer...

'Lovely historic property in downtown Mobile so the location is great. Recently updated room, very clean, nice quality linens. Unfortunately my room had no hot water at all. Water pressure was awesome, just very cold. I left hot water valve open for a while, hoping for at least Luke warm - nope, just cold water. '

'The breakfast was good. The rooms were dusty, and had pubic hair on the shower wall and floor. The area behind the bathroom door was truely filthy. The toilet leaked and rocked back and forth when sitting down. I was recommended this place by a waitress at Wintzels, and am sorry I stayed there. Proximity to the 65 was great, but there was no sound proofing, so every single truck that drove by, you heard.'

'The property needs a major rehabilitation. Carpet is very dirty and worn. Doors stick to the point it took two to force it open. Out of shampoo and desk did not have access to refils. Desk staff unable to give food recommendations in the area stating she does not know the area. Over all very sorry we picked this location for our stay.'
