'It felt like a bog standard holiday rental rather than an ‘exclusive boutique retreat’ - sadly, the worst place we stayed on our 3.5 week holiday in Australia. 'The first impression was really good. Location is great. Clean hotel, however during Christmas/public holidays apartment is not serviced. In principle, this is not a problem at all, but no toilet paper (with all the shops closed) was not that funny. The bathroom in the 2-bedroom apartment has two doors and one of the doors couldn't be locked (4adults staying). This was annoying so we called, house keeping would come next morning. We did not see anyone. Sitting at the balcony of apartment is...

'The place is big, very well stocked with nice appliances, cooking and cleaning equipment, separate laundry. The laundry has a shower with it's own external entrance, a fantastic feature to save kids tracking mud through the place. The rooms are perfect and there are 3 desks for everyone to stretch out on. The 3 pools at the resort are lovely with spas on the side. Nice and hot!'
