'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...

'Very luxurious. Glamorous through and through inside the room and outside. My highlight was the set menu at Nineteen at The Star and the wines. But there's no shortage of good restaurants/bars within the Star precinct.'

'Very bad service, very outdated, drink's with expired date on the minibar , very bad costumer service. I forgot my medication on the minibar and the costumer service takes more than one and half hours to get to me back with the answer…….
Horrible customer service and hotel management. Avoiding the problems and book another hotel…'
