'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...

'We had the standard room with no view and there was only
on cafe which served toasties and basic breakfast. There was no other choice of cafes for breakfast only the one..Not the most convenient place to stay unless you were there solely for the Casino.'

'Very bad service, very outdated, drink's with expired date on the minibar , very bad costumer service. I forgot my medication on the minibar and the costumer service takes more than one and half hours to get to me back with the answer…….
Horrible customer service and hotel management. Avoiding the problems and book another hotel…'

'It is a lovely and charming heritage hotel that is extremely comfortable with spacious rooms and is in a prime location. Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming - they were truly exceptional. The bathroom was a good size but some of the fittings have worn with time and there are a few things we feel were missing from the tea and coffee station. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we look forward to our next visit.'
