'Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, the ice machine looked like it had some sort of nasty leakage. 'This was the absolute worst hotel on the universe.It would have been better to sleep outside.The bathroom was dirty.The bed had cigarette hose in it.The room smelled like cigarette.It was, uninhabitable, it was worse than that i called expedia immediately to get a refund and get another room.the company i reserved this hotel i called the the hotel, and they said that I had been there for an hour and they would not refund my money.I literally was there for thirty minutes.And during thirty minutes...
