'Bar bij t zwembad gezellig, zo op t strand. Geen ontbijt en geen kamer schoonmaak. Ruime kamer met alles erop en aan, koelkast magnetron en kakkerlak. Parkeren betaald, app werkte niet en konden niet bij t hotel betalen. Receptionist zei rental car? Dan zal de politie niet bekeuren. Hopelijk klopt dat?'

However, the Wi-Fi wasn't working, there was significant mildew growth in the bathroom, and the Adirondack chairs on the patio were falling apart.'

'The front desk staff is really nice! The rooms not so much. Not as clean as they should be. Old furniture that should be thrown out asap. Broken front door security bar. Broken shower handle. They did give us a refund of 1 day as we planned to stay 3 but 2 was enough. Glad they were nice about it. These were simple fixes it's too bad they haven't taken care if it. The worst was when we left we put the DO NOT DISTURB notice on door. They totally disregarded it and came in to clean ac unit. I...

'They’re rooms we’re absolutely amazing and oh my gosh we loved Jennifer she’s the sweetest soul ever and her dog Annie is so adorable and sweet they were way more then accommodating they were over the best i absolutely loved staying with them and we will absolutely stay with them again!! My favorite place on the island such sweet and caring staff and family they are so special and amazing I’m so glad we got to have an extra amazing experience from this family’s resort they treat you like family...
