'The house was nice and cute. The owner was accommodating with great communication for our needs. The home was very clean. Love that she had the essential oils because some places I've stayed at near the beach smell musty. The neighborhood has homes very close together and the streets are very narrow. Overall the stay was great.'

'I had a great stay! They had everything you could need and more. Quiet neighborhood, very convenient highway access, and safe area. The property owners were always reachable and more than willing to help out with any questions. Highly recommend! '

'Our kid's soccer teams decide last minute to do a beach soccer tournament in Chorpus. Most things were already book, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this listing for our family. The place was very well sticked and looked just like the pictures. The tree in the front needs trimming as its hanging over in the driveway but this is very minor. The owner was very responsive and even added a night with ease.'

'Overall very nice place to stay. Not exactly what we expected but was fine. Had a back deck but no chairs to sit in. Conveniently located for Corpus Christi area. Quiet neighborhood, wi fi. Comfortable beds,3 bathrooms. Would stay again!'

'This home is so comfortable and clean and in a quiet neighborhood that is still convenient to Downtown Corpus or Port A. Fenced yard for the dogs with no restrictions. And absolutely everything you need for a great stay. Will be going back!'

'This is my 6th stay at this beach club complex. Padre Island. Cleanest so far. Good ammenties. Door code complicated with 10 number pin...touchy as well. Could shorten door code. Atleast two entry trys to open door. Even with learned code door quircks 3 days later. Shorten door code. Toliet tank ran excessively...change the flapper...very worn out. Wasting water. Bed room bed frame squeaks excessively...every movement is noise on bed frame These are small issues...still rate...

'Overall the property was good and conveniently located to the beach. I must have missed where they said that the pool area would be closed for maintenance, so this was a disappointment for our 3 year old granddaughter. One of the reasons that made for our decision to stay at this location. Also the sharp knives are totally blunt, can't cut anything with them-meat, tomatoes. Lots of plates so thank you for that. Many of them chipped. Not many serving dish options. Would I stay there again, yes I...
