'El hotel está muy cómodo y limpio . El servicio fue bueno . Es muy cerca del auditorio Guelaguetza y eso fue genial . Todo estuvo muy bien solo me gustaría que pusieran en barandal en el balcón ya que era muy inseguro asomarse , solo había una jardinera pequeña a la altura de las rodillas. '

"I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
