'Nice property. My gps didn’t take me to the right house but my husbands did. House was clean, well stocked, quiet and amazing access to the lake. We enjoyed the dock and fire pit as well. Grass was super long but they sent landscaping on our last day. Great neighbors as well. '

'Perfect location for my quick overnight. Know Athens well as previous resident. Great privacy, location a quick walk or uber and snap you’re downtown/Sanford Stadium. Super easy to find, you feel like you’re in the woods with all the evergreens/green vegetation. Clean, equipped with what you need for overnight or longer stay. Location awesome for college campus/downtown you name it.'

'The house was very clean as well as the pool. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Great communication with Christian before, during and after our stay. He was very attentive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed I stayed at this house in September 2024 and this September 2025 for a UGA football game. I highly recommend this house.'

'Cozy and a very safe neighborhood! A very clean space and nicely decorated. It was perfect for me between two places I needed to visit often in a daily basis. Carla is very friendly and a great hostess. Excellent communication skills. i had an ac problem in the suite above the garage and she was on it and had a tech fix right away.A great stay '

'We were looking for something nicer and more secure than a hotel. The neighborhood is safe and the option to use the garage was appreciated. The rental space was recently updated and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with the home owner was great and she was very flexible when we had to add another night. We would recommend staying here if you want something that feels more like home. '

'This is a beautiful home in a quiet country setting yet minutes away from many shops and restaurants. It was spotless and very comfortable. I can't remember the last time I slept so well in comfort and quiet. The host, Tania, was an excellent communicator and genuinely invested in ensuring our stay was a good one. Highly recommend.'

'Very clean and smelled wonderful! Everything was convenient in the home and easy access to where we needed to be. The beds were very comfortable! The host was easy to reach and communicated very well-I love that! You can tell the host cares and it shows in the property as well! Thank you!'
