'My room got double booked. I was laying in bed and another guest came busting in, after opening the door with a card key. The front desk claimed it was a computer glitch. It was handled very poorly. Staff acted like it happens everyday. I got a new room on a different floor. I went to turn on the shower and the handle hit the floor, fell right off. Ordered the combo basket from the restaurant. Very disappointed for $18. Greasy and no flavor. Very comfortable room and bed. Both rooms were clean...

'Room was clean, no linens for the rollaway bed were provided. We went to the lobby to ask for it, staff seemed a little bothered but did go to 2nd level to get it. We followed him so he could hand it to us. While waiting for our food delivery at the lobby, a person staying was asking for linens as well for the rollaway bed and also a homeless person walked in got coffee from the lobby, dropped lids on the floor and walked out with a cup of coffee. 'Won’t have any sort of hot water. So don’t go if you plan to shower the temp handle will just spin in circles and very understaffed. Didn’t even get our room clean being there 5 nights had to ask for bathroom towels every day'
