'Dit heeft niets met Hard Rock te maken, behalve dan dat er een gitaar voor de deur staat. Vooral casino, geen hardrock food en 1 fastfoodafhaal open van 6 restaurants. Ongeïnteresseerd personeel, zeker in de rockshop. Niet meer voor ons.'

'The room was clean but it had the most horrible musty/mildew smell I think was coming from a dirty air conditioner filter we had to smell that all night long. The refrigerator didn’t work and the laundry facilities didn’t work properly. Although the room was clean I would not stay there again because of smell it can be good for a person to breathe that all night.'

'Unfortunately this hotel has gone downhill since we last stayed here. Shower floor had a hole/scrape in it and door frame had a loose piece. Our fridge also had two huge dents in it. Just a bit shabby overall. The staff however was extremely helpful and had fresh towels readily available since they only clean the room every 3rd morning. We did get our room cleaned on the 2nd and 3rd morning when we requested it. Our room was very clean !'

'Room was dated. Cushion by window was ripped. Blow dryer would only work if you kept the on button pushed in and eventually it started to come off the wall and was hanging by 1 anchor bolt. I deemed it unsafe to use after that. Was not fixed during my 4 day stay. Main electrical outlets did not work and that explained why the clock on the nightstand was unplugged. The previous guest or housekeeping needed it. Breakfast was fine and apparently the lobby just had a remodeled and the rooms...
