'I was charged via Expedia and when I got to the location they told me they would have to charge me again. Check in took way too long for me to be the only guest at the check in line. The room smelled of smoked extremely bad like someone was actively smoking in there.'

'The Staff was very helpful. Front desk was amazing. Breakfast was good - coffee machine was amazing. The beds was a bit hard - but it wasn't that bad. Only complaint is the pool was cold - the hot tub had to much chemicals in it - made my eyes burn.'
