'The hotel is great however I booked the two rooms for the pool so my grandkids could swim. When we arrived we were informed it was closed. Had this been addressed before I would’ve picked another hotel. Aggravating when you tell them they will get to swim and you pack all the things and you can’t! They did offer to swim at lifetime fitness down the road but kids can only swim until 8pm there. Disappointing. Do better. '

'Stains on the bed, no hot water the entire time we were there. Staff literally told me the owner was too cheap to fix anything so they are running on 2 out of 5 hot water heaters and apparently it's been that way for months. Terrible staff, they were so unhelpful and acted like they didn't care at all.'

'I chose a 3 due to my stay! And with that let me just say the hotel itself is great… the rooms are great. The beds are comfortable. The property it good and well kept… my biggest issue with my stay was being woke up by the people who were staying in the next conjoining room, with loud music playing at 130 in the morning, these people were a complete nightmare… Calls were made to the front desk and security was sent up to tell them to turn the music off. Well with that being said they did not...

'Beautiful property, our room was super clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable! Great location!! Cookies from the front desk are always the best. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. '
