'Everything about our stay was good with the exception of the conditions in our room. For the 2 nights we were there the humidity level in our room was so high it melted the cough drops on my wife's nightstand. When we checked out we asked the front desk about it and the lady said "yea our room and one other room in the hotel have been having that problem, but we can't figure out why"! Maybe they shouldn't make people go through those conditions by not using those rooms?????? It was the most...

'The restaurant was closed on Sundays and Mondays. That makes no sense to me as a traveler, and I've never found that in any other hotel I've been in. I came back from my day tired and hungry on Sunday to discover that I had to go back out if I wanted to eat dinner. When it was open, there was an incident where I had to walk behind the counter to the kitchen entrance and yell to get someone to serve me and another traveler... after waiting for quite a while.'

'The rooms are not very clean. The curtains were very dingy/dirty. The sheets had spots on them, carpet was dirty and the bathroom sink was dirty. I prepaid via Expedia and stayes 3 days. I cleaned it stayed my time instead of hassling a refund but will never stay here again. I will say the the staff responded quickly when the toilet flooded in my room upon check-in. They immediately switched me to another room.'

'The tv channels selection was adequate but did not include PBS. The room coffee was not good. Don't bother. Excellent shower/bathroom. Very comfortable room. Air conditioner worked well.'

'Unfortunately this hotel has gone downhill since we last stayed here. Shower floor had a hole/scrape in it and door frame had a loose piece. Our fridge also had two huge dents in it. Just a bit shabby overall. The staff however was extremely helpful and had fresh towels readily available since they only clean the room every 3rd morning. We did get our room cleaned on the 2nd and 3rd morning when we requested it. Our room was very clean !'
