'Centraal gelegen, ontbijt faciliteiten uitstekend. Kamer ruim, schoon, had een balkon met tafel en stoelen. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel dus eigenlijk een prima hotel qua prijs en kwaliteit. Echter één groot minpunt is dat er in hún parkeergarage maar 70 plaatsen zijn voor 300 gasten, ik heb 2 dagen buiten gestaan, gelukkig was het weekend dus geen parkeergeld betalen maar dit is zeer ongelukkig allemaal. Daarnaast lijkt Canberra wel een bouwplaats overal constructiewerken, chaotisch .'

'This is a fine hotel, however staff could do more in cleaning the room. Friendly staff. Please be aware the hotel is located in a quiet location, so there is not a lot to do. '

'Het was fijn om al voor de incheck tijd terecht te kunnen na een lange vlucht en de suite was van alle gemakken voorzien. Een pluspunt was dat je naast een reinigingsservice ook zelf gebruik kon maken van een wasruimte. Verder was iedereen erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben heerlijk geslapen in een royaal en comfortabel bed wat iedere dag verschoond werd. Hetzelfde gold voor de handdoeken (heerlijk groot en dik en ook iedere dag verschoond) en het douche- en badwater was echt warm! Jammer...

'We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed the hotel. It even has a fantastic indoor rooftop bar which has a lovely view and is visited by fashionable locals. From the hotel, you can walk to the heart of the city of Canberra, where there are plenty of resaurants, bars and shopping centres. So we left our car at the hotel's free parking lot and walked to our restaurant in the evening. No problem drinking some wine!'

My partner is an athlete and was prepping for a competition and needed a quiet space to yoga, but the yoga space in the gym was unavailable to be accessed or used; despite the facility not being booked by a personal trainer. The gym/spa staff were not helpful towards the request to use this part of the gym facility from a hotel guest, notwithstanding that the hotel promotes access to the gym.
