'Prachtig hotel op loopafstand van het waterval park aan de Braziliaanse kant. Heerlijk zwembad, goed ontbijt en goed buffet voor het diner.'

'Klantgerichtheid is fantastisch zonder onprettig te worden. Locatie ook super, voor en na drukte naar de watervallen!'

'Hotel is not cozy at all. I wanted to ask if they can do our check in after midnight. They, didn’t respond on my email (2x) not on WhatsApp text or call. Not possible thru a contact form or whatever. '

'What’s good: Amazing buffet restaurant, great pool, very safe, kind staff. What’s bad: - 1st room had problems with electricity, resulting that the air condition stopped working at 02:00 making it 28 degrees in the room. (Assume this is just bad luck). - The walls are paper thin. Family with children above us decided to renovate their room themselves (that’s how it sounded at least). A lot of noice keeping us awake. - no free bottled water. - staff ‘forgot’ to calculate the promised discount...

'Prima hotel'

'We loved the resort and the 7 heated pools. There was less chloride in the water that usual in The Netherlands which was very nice. The view, the space, the terras are wonderful. Everything looked beautiful but there were some parts of the pool that needed repairs because some of the paint had come of the bottom of the pool. We did not know is this was because of winter season or it was meant to be left like that but we would advise the staff to repair it, to make the hotel conditions from good...

'Practical hotel, a bit outlived but with all amenities, clean, relatively quiet. The friendly staff makes up for everything. Conveniently located. '

'The hotel has a great location to the center of town. The pool on the roof is nice to have an evening cocktail or to lounge around. Remember it gets hot here so by early afternoon one has to hunker down in either AC or by a pool. Breakfast can be a bit crowded but it was good.'

'Over accomodatie en medewekers heel positief! Toen wij met spoed specifieke medicatie nodig hadden, hebben ze dat heel snel per koerier laten komen. Hou er wel rekening mee dat weinig medewerkers Engels spreken. Je moet dus soms even geduld hebben tot de juiste persoon beschikbaar is maar dat duurt nooit lang.'

'Het was erg koud in het hotel, snachts 6-8 gr, en geen verwarming in het hotel. In het hotel zit een "reisburo" wat ook gebruikt wordt voor boeken van transfers en taxi's; echter zijn die een stuk duurder dan de reguliere taxi!'
