'What’s good: Amazing buffet restaurant, great pool, very safe, kind staff. What’s bad: - 1st room had problems with electricity, resulting that the air condition stopped working at 02:00 making it 28 degrees in the room. (Assume this is just bad luck). - The walls are paper thin. Family with children above us decided to renovate their room themselves (that’s how it sounded at least). A lot of noice keeping us awake. - no free bottled water. - staff ‘forgot’ to calculate the promised discount...

'We loved the resort and the 7 heated pools. There was less chloride in the water that usual in The Netherlands which was very nice. The view, the space, the terras are wonderful. Everything looked beautiful but there were some parts of the pool that needed repairs because some of the paint had come of the bottom of the pool. We did not know is this was because of winter season or it was meant to be left like that but we would advise the staff to repair it, to make the hotel conditions from good...

'J’ai apprécié le complexe, tout y est pensé pour qu’on ait pas besoin d’y sortir. La salle de sport est parfait avec du matériel récent et fonctionnelle. Qu’à la où les piscines au top. '

'We enjoyed our stay. One thing we were surprised by is the half-frosted glass wall (lower portion frosted) between the bathroom and bedroom. Not very private - even though it's frosted, if you don't know your roommate - you'll see them in a whole different light.'

'Ideaal voor een paar dagen. Op loopafstand van Braziliaanse kant van de watervallen en prachtig vogelpark. Die kun je samen in 1 dag bezoeken. De Argentijnse kant kun je beste met de taxi bezoeken. Ik heb dat met de bus gedaan, maar was 2.5 uur onderweg. Je hebt 215 pesos nodig voor de entree aan de Argentijnse kant, je kunt daar wel pinnen bij een atm. Of wisselen bij de grens. Ga ook in de speedboot, moet je extra voor betalen. Je wordt wel nat :-). Vind je een waterkrachtcentrale...

'A estadia foi muito boa, incluindo o café da manhã. A única colocação que temos foi o ralo escamoteável do box do banheiro estar sem a tampa, não sendo possível fechá-lo para evitar que o odor forte do esgoto tomasse conta do ambiente. Outra coisa que nos decepcionou um pouco foi a tv não ser smart, não sendo possível assessar nossos streamings, ficando limitados a alguns canais de tv em que a imagem não estava muito boa. Ficamos hospedados do quarto 405.'
