'Plenty of room.'

'Had a great time at water trough to sift thru the dirt bags. Fun'

'Great place for the price'

'Prima receptie ontvangst en net Amerikaans ontbijt Kamers zijn goed schoon. Ethers en zeer ruim zeker de. Dubbele Kingsroom Verder bijna niets in t dorp en beetje doods Wij waren er omdat we gingen diamond mining'

'This was the absolute dirtiest nastiest filthiest hotel I ever seen or stayed in in my entire life. They need to share this place down and start over. The staff sucks. They’re unhelpful the room was so nasty. We had to go and buy cleaning products and thoroughly clean the room before we could even stay in there my cousin’s room had pubic hair and six remains left in her bed completely unacceptable and disgusting. It look like 1 million years worth of gunk stacked up and stuck onto the wall...

'Older bldg. we had 2rooms, 4&9. Rm 4: bathroom floor not cleaned/hair around from previous guests. Partially used mini shampoos and conditioners which also had hair on them. There were individual pkts of shampoo I used. No hair dryer. Bed was uncomfortable/hard to our liking. TV programming was poor. Rm 9: uncomfortable bed. Bugs/insects in room. Used common areas very little. Ice maker frozen solid. Didn’t play golf because of timing. But course looked very nice.'

'The cabin was an absolute dollhouse AND CLEAN AS A WHISTLE!! Not an inch of wasted space, and yet comfortable enough for 2 adults to walk around. Thoughtfully decorated and furnished, including the kitchen. Good TV and WiFi. However, the bed, while clean was not terribly comfortable and the AC was LOUD!! The deck and gas grill were a nice touch and having front and back doors was really smart. All in all a decent stay.'

'Property was immaculate. Views were breathtaking.'

'After a little hiccup with checkin. We had a wonderful stay! Pet friendly. Access to river. Such a pretty area!'

'I loved the cabin it had everything I needed. So peaceful & the nights were amazing sitting on the back deck & listening to the insects. The drive to Murfreesboro was so quick I enjoyed how if I needed something I could get it and go back to the peace of the cabin. The citizens of Murfreesboro were all so friendly even if I didn't plan on going to the Diamond mine it would be a place that I would love to go away to just to relax! 1000% going to tell everyone to get The Cozy Cabin!'

'Cons: The house smelled like cigarette smoke, floor was dirty and had to sweep it up. A/C noisy, kitchen sink drained outside, floors are squishy and buckling ,almost tripped and no toaster as listed. The outside was over grown with trash and no place to sit. Pros: Plenty of space, has washer and dryer, close to town and quiet neighborhood.'

'Everything was as described . Owner and staff are attentive to all needs . It was the perfect location for my teenage daughter and myself to explore Arkansas and the nature immediately surrounding the cabin .The Air conditioning worked well. Tools and buckets supplied were extremely helpful. There were frogs and toads in abundance . We had zero issues with any biting insects . The game room served as special bonus .. Fabulous place and would definitely stay again'

'We had a wonderful stay! The host was kind, responsive, and very easy to communicate with throughout our trip. The water was beautiful, the views were absolutely stunning, and the entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.'

'Cabin was clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there. Host was caring and making sure that we were okay.'
