'The lady Sue at the front desk was not very attentive while I was checking in was on the phone for a long time while I stood and waited and then when she got off the phone the phone runs again and she got back on the phone as if I was not standing there'

'Bed mattress was stained horribly sheets were not clean microwave did not work in room staff was not helpful at all and did not make effort to get new room for us!'

'Staff was made aware that the door to my room didnt lock and that the keypad didnt work, so basically my door was just unlocked all the time. Anyone could have just walked right in at any time. I was told basically that theres nothing they could do and that there were no other rooms to move me to until the day before i check out. Ive been here for three days already without a functioning lock on my door. '
