'There was an issue with the air conditioner. It was not working properly with the thermostat on the wall. The front desk lady came to the room and got it working. It was late, around 10:00 PM. She was very nice, promptly answered the phone, and came to fix it herself.'

'We really enjoyed the outside part of this place. The inside left much to be desired. The most “castle like” bed was up a spiral staircase and no restroom. All of the beds were in a place that made it difficult to get to unless you were a small child like my nephew. We had to sleep on the 2 pullout couches in case someone needed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night because it felt too dangerous to descend at night. 'Overall it was a good experience. When we arrived the a/c was not working. It was not clear who to call or write. Finally after many text messages and emails back and forth someone was sent out to fix the issue. I am grateful it was fixed that same evening but it was only after I sent many messages. Overall the place has a lot to offer but it does need a major cleaning mostly when it comes to the furniture. It was very visibly dirty and with tears. The wet areas did seem clean though.'

'Last minute booking plan and it was worth it! Family had an amazing Fourth of July. The staff were so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back! We loved all the activities they had going on and we wish we had done it all but we were so busy enjoying the pool and the lake. Wonderful resort !'
