'We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Pondicherry. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival. Apologies have forgotten the name of the very amicable lady. Dining experience at the Kabab House was wonderful too with some exquisite food servings and great service. Breakfast staff were good and special shoutout to Sagar who looked after our needs and made up for the complete lack of communication or acknowledement from the manager in charge n both days. 'Great!'

'This is an exquisite hotel in the old French town in Pondicherry. Although not a heritage hotel, hotel, to their credit, made it a point to make it look so. Kudo. The rooms are luxurious and have all the amenities one would want. The from office staff, two men and a woman whose names I will add in when have access to the paper, were kind, courteous and super-helpful. I had a wonderful time!!!'

'Good location. The boys were always helpful. Nice room, clean and everything you need. Breakfast could be better and we were waken up early by the sounds of the kitchen which was probably right below us.'

'an old home superbly refurbished, with many nods to the history of the building, and the family who lived there many years ago. The ambience is excellent, staff friendly and the place very clean and well appointed. The restaurant served excellent local cuisine. '

'Enjoyed our stay here. It is perfectly situated to enjoy both White Town and French Quarter. Reception organised a sightseeing seeing trip for us and also taxi to Chennai with a short visit to Mamallaporum Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was large and very comfortable. Hotel has a good reasonably priced restaurant.'

'Lovely small hotel on the ocean. Try and get a front room with a balcony and ocean view. It does have a lot of steps to climb to the reception in the rooms. All areas were spotlessly clean and the hotel was very quiet. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is situated just inside White Town / French quarter and it was easy to walk to all the sites. '

'Good resort built in traditional way. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. A river/ lake on one side and sea on another adds to the scenic beauty. The resort is well maintained. The staff are courteous and helpful.'

'Horrible, First the when you set the location of the hotel from the hotels.com app , the hotel is not there. It is 10 KM from the location showing from your app. Untrained unprofessional staffs Lack of choices of foods and drinks Flies over food spread in Breakfast, less of people to serve, empty food trays for breakfast, no one was there to refill Over Horrible Hotel, you should stop booking it, sheer loose of money, not worth be paid more than INR 1000 '
