'I have been coming to this property for at least five years, and I can honestly say that I truly love this place. The location is beautiful, especially the beachfront setting and the incredible views. There is something very special about being here, and that is why I continue to return year after year.
However, it is becoming increasingly disappointing to see the property decline with each visit. Every time I come back, I notice that the hotel appears less and less well maintained. Areas that...

'Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. Our room was very nice. We had a kind of suite. 2 bedrooms and large bathroom. Only thing we missed was a balcony. The food was delicious. Much difference. The waitresses and waiters in the restaurant were very friendly and nice. Near the hotel is a shopping center, not big but nice to go for a walk and drink something in the bars. The beach is lovely and beautiful.'
