'The motel is located in a quiet area but only a minute from the beach. We stayed in a room with double beds. I was surprised at how spacious the room was. You could fit a third bed in there. Room was clean and had a modern look. The AC worked great. Check in and out were a breeze. The gentleman at the office was nice. Overall a great little motel near the beach, at a much lower price than well-known hotels. '

'My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇'

'Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊'
