'Perfect stop after traveling from Nusa Penida back to the mainland. The hotel is a little dated and needs some renovations but the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everyone on the staff were wonderful; a special shout out to Ega and Ariani. They are sweethearts but again, everyone on the staff were wonderful. We loved the food, as well.'

'The staff was very helpful, friendly and positive. During my stay I felt like I am home. I was served breakfast in the room every morning. I got everything I needed and I asked for. I rented a motorcycle from the resort. It was in a very good condition. The communication with the staff was very easy through whatsapp, my questions was responded within minutes and seconds. 'The stay was horrible to be honest. Staff was not friendly at all. There is literally no service. Wifi didn't work, there was no mirror or sink in the 'bathroom' and you need to order your breakfast/dinner very early. Worst thing yet, we didn't get a thing! We were kind enough to message the hotel manager privately, but we did not get a reply, not even an apology, while she did read our messages. Long story short: don't go over there.
