One minor point of improvement is that the bathroom could use a little update, but still very clean and everything you need. Staff is very accommodating, provided a breakfast box when we went on our sunrise trip to Borobudur and let us use the facilities after check-out. '

'Such a nice resort, great lagoon rooms and great view from the rooms. One thing for sure is this hotel needs stronger brand essence and identity. Love the staffs and the foods. Especially my favorite is spending my time in the Wine Lounges or the Public pool. The staffs are friendly but it can be much better, they can learn from other Starwoods Hotels especially in Bali. But my disappointment is my expectation on the venue not the staff or food. Implementation in everything can be upgrade to 99%...
