'I stayed at the condo for 2 nights in mid December. I had difficulty getting there due to delays on the interstate,which meant I was trying to find the address in a crowded community in the dark with rain. Having more information would've been very helpful..anyway about the condo and the area.The one bedroom condo was as described, very nice and very well stocked. However, lighting in the living area was very dim and the water in the shower could've been a little warmer, but the water pressure...

'Wonderful home! Too cold for pool, but everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Very clean, quite and comfortable home away from home. We've got several Dr and treatment appts coming up in the next couple of months, hope to stay here again as its centrally located between Royse City (family) and Dallas (Drs and procedures). Close enough to interstate for easy access to restaurants and shopping in Rockwall, but far enough away to be quite, cozy and avoid crazy traffic inevitable in that area. So thankful...

'We needed a place to stay for a family wedding in Tyler. 8 adults and one toddler. We wanted a home so we could spend more time together between events, and because it was more economical than a hotel. This was perfect for that. 'We enjoyed our stay at this lovely VRBO after our daughter had our newest grandbaby. We were able to bring our two other grands over to this home and keep a close eye on them to let the newborn and Mom & Dad get settled in. This home has 3 bedrooms downstairs and one loft, so it was very convenient to have one room for each of the other children without needing to go upstairs. The kitchen is well-appointed, and the house was very cozy. Also a plus -- it's VERY near all the shops and restaurants...

'Great backyard for our dogs. I always went out with them or kept an eye on them when outside. The little one could fit through a couple spots in the fence but they had fun running and playing. Great neighborhood to take them for a walk. Nice, roomy and comfortable home that we would definitely stay in again. Highly recommend this gem. '

'This place suited us well. We stayed here for 11 nights so can tell you the neighborhood is safe, beds are comfortable, the layout is spacious and the couch is very comfortable. The hot tub unfortunately did not work while we were there and we were surprised by the pool guy suddenly in the back yard, but all in all it was wonderful! Our truck broke down so we needed to have some extra time and the hosts went above and beyond for us. Hope to visit again! Thank you'
