'We had a nice stay at the Wylie Tx Holiday Inn. The room was clean. They upgraded their coffee machine in the lobby to where it is freshly ground coffee beans which I liked But they took the coffee makers out of the rooms. Did Not like. The work out room you were not able to get into because the key entry was not working. Only one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel for guests. Really! Over all it was an okay stay.'

'When we arrived we noticed no vehicles in the parking lot. There was a note on the front door stating the hotel had a fire back on May 2nd. Noone from Expedia nor the hotel contacted us to notify us the hotel was closed. I will be filing a challenge with my credit card company for a full refund. I was forced to scramble for a place to stay. Expedia you are horrible. Never again. You will hear from me again. '
