'The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. 'We could not have had a better place to stay since we were trying to be close to family but did not know what to expect. Our suite was very clean, but could have used a few things like towel racks, some place to hang clothes in the bathroom while showering, paper towels, and wash clothes. The food was excellent for breakfast. The pool was so awesome with a charming atmosphere. But the staff was the best part. So caring and helpful.
