'The hotel room was great. Unfortunately the phone didn't even work, we had no shampoo and wash, the side door didn't work to make getting to the room quicker. There was a horrible ringing in the hotel lobby constantly and the pool was green. Staff was okay.'

'Het ontbijt was zeer matig. Op zondagochtend werd het brood etc. nog aangevuld, maandag en dinsdag moest je het na 8 uur doen met de leftovers. Na het ontbijt dmv deurhanger aangegeven dat onze kamer schoongemaakt kon worden. Bij terugkomst 's middags was dit nog niet gebeurd. Dit doorgegeven aan de receptie, zij zou housekeeping direct een seintje geven. Om 18.00 uur en 19.00 uur weer aan de frontdesk doorgegeven dat ze nog niet geweest waren. Uiteindelijk zijn ze geweest en binnen 3 minuten...
