'The pools were nice and the waterslides were all open during our stay. During a prior stay some of the waterslides were not working. Also the gym is extremely outdated. '

'Unique the rooms with balcony. Loved it very much. The Boathouse restaurant was very good. This hotel is excellent and people have a heart for their job. Nothing to change for me.'

'Arrived and was more than happy. Been traveling for work staying at affordable hotels and this one for the price and off season was superb. Staff extra friendly, room extra clean and a lot of bang for your buck. Had to leave earlier than expected but was a great stay. Highly recommend, the lake view no matter what time of year is outstanding. '

'Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, dishwasher, paper towels, rags, garbage can and bags. Parking was easy there is an overflow lot for extra cars. Room was clean and presentable no complaints, staff was decent. I did however add my extra guest as a person to check in for me through Expedia since they were arriving by before me and they told them their name wasn’t on the reservation when they arrived and could not check in for us so that was my only quarrel.'

'Nice and clean hotel, breakfast was plenty. Friendly staff. The only thing was that there was this noise in the room you could hear when everything else was quiet. I sleep with earplugs so it didn't bother me too much.'

'Happy to find the hotel offered soy and almond milk along with oatmeal so i could enjoy a healthy plant-based breakfast and milk in my coffee. A wonderful hotel to stay at!'

'We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff were really friendly and nice. The place looked clean and tidy. I would say there were two minor issues; there isn’t enough parking by the chalets but you can park by the office which is few feet away. The second issue is the hot water wasn’t enough. I would definitely recommend it and would book there again for sure. '

'If you'd like a quiet, clean, friendly place with a retro vibe, this place is exactly what you need. My daughter wanted to avoid the water parks so we chose this place and I'm so glad we did. They were so helpful and nice. Our room was big and had exactly what we needed. The retro vibe started with the retro hotel key chain and continued on in the room. It was a very clean, nice stay. I'd recommend it to anyone if they dont want to be in the water park hotels. It was located in the downtown area...
