'We stayed for one night while visiting the area. The facility was clean and well kept. Plenty of parking. Close to some shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate and larger than expected. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast had a nice variety even though we got there a bit late. The billiards table in the common area is a nice touch. We didn't have a chance to play but if we had stayed longer we would have taken advantage. All in all a very...

'A no-frills hotel which is absolutely wonderful. Our room was large with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in the shower. Everything was clean which is very important. Upgrades will be done per the front desk. Breakfast is no longer being served but there are plenty of places in neighboring towns for food. There is plenty of parking, vending machines for snacks and amazing sunset views.'

'Travelled up to Upstate New York to spend a weekend going to Saratoga Race Course and was so blessed to find this gem on the Mariaville Lake. The price was very fair and Tony and Patti were fantastic hosts. I can't wait to come back and do less! 'We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully renovated home. Plenty of space inside and out in this true 4 bedroom plus a well-stocked kitchen with all the modern amenities. House was immaculately clean and neat with thoughtful modern touches, like a touch sensor thermostat and lamps and an impressive array of coffee making equipment. Jessica was an awesome communicator.
