'When i booked through expedia it said all fees and taxes were included in the price. When i check in, the hotel held $200 on my bank card and i said ok. No other charges were mentioned. 2 days later when i checked out the hotel said they billed my Card $49.90 in resort taxes. The $200 would be returned, the $49.90 would not. The hotel Stole $49.90 from me'

'Stayed one night at the Bristol, on our way to UTK. Beautiful suite, nice layout for traveling with a teen. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious! Would definitely stay here again :)'
