'My room was never cleaned. I had no shampoo or lotion in any of the containers that they have hanging on the wall. Never got fresh towels. The staff was nice at the front desk. The bartenders were nice. And courteous. It felt understaffed. No one ate as far as I could tell in the dining room restaurant. It felt like the whole hotel needed like 10 more people working there to make it run well.'

'We went with a group- 2 people checked out and went elsewhere but the manager told us no refunds so some of us stayed. My personal room had a toilet that didn’t flush and when it did drain it bubbles up in the tub- toilet water in the tub!!! My tv also didn’t work. Another person in our group had no air conditioning and another had plumbing issues in their room as well. Another in our group had a terrible smell in the room and a mom with 4 kids next door who left the kids mid night and kids were...

'Hotel is very worn and dated. It took 3 tries to get a room that didn't have a musty smell and had a shower curtain. We stay at Hyatts frequently and this is the worst property we have stayed at. '

'Breakfast is simple but has a nice variety of choices. Staff is the star of all of our visits! We will stay there again and again! '

'Inside pool I thought was supposed to be heated was cold plus the hot tub by the indoor pool was not up to temp. '

'Good property, the air freshener they use was not a pleasant smell. The rooms were very nice, old furniture by the elevators that took away from the appearance. The elevator needed a deep cleaning, but once again, I emphasize rooms were very nice.'

'This hotel only has in room coffee, we had to ask for more coffee supplies as the only options were Starbucks in the main lobby and Blazers cafe on site. No microwaves in the rooms either, have to use the microwave in the snack area in the main lobby. The room was clean enough, beds were ok, not great. Plus extra $ for paid on site parking. The fridge was not working when we got there and ice was scarce, even though there was a machine on every floor!'
