'Our stay at this Hilton was very pleasant. All the hotel staffs that we had contacts with all speak English, until many hotels that we have stayed in Japan for the past two months. The hotel staffs were also very friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed with one hotel staff name Winter, her name tag said she is the hotel’s Journey Ambassador. 'The rooms are very outdated especially the bathrooms. The bathrooms had pink tiles and smelled like mold. It is not what we expected, the strong was so strong we had to keep the door closed. We requested to change room the next day, staff wasn’t too helpful. It looks much better in pictures, not what we expected.'

'ラウンジつきのフロアでしたが 夕方からのラウンジ利用で大変良い時間を過ごすことができました！ワインやオードブルなど 雰囲気も良くて満足でした。 朝食がブュッフェ式のレストランでしたが 団体様がいらしたので混雑していて できればラウンジでいただけたら更に 嬉しかったです。'

'気温が低いにも関わらず、エアコンが冷房仕様で変更がきかず、寒い思いをさせられた。フロントに言っても改善されなかった。 朝5時半に火災警報の誤作動で起こされた。スタッフは謝ったが、誤作動であるという館内放送はなかった。'

'Great central location between upper and lower Hirafu, with roomy-modern condo style layout. Open kitchen/dining/living area with complimentary wine, fruit, eggs, milk, coffee to help you start the day. The only drawback is that Niseko is very quiet in early June, with the restaurants in the hotel and most in the surrounding closed. The coffee shop in Chatrium re-opens in mid-June while other restaurants in Hirafu also re-open thereafter.'

'5回目位来てます。今回来た時から経営が変わって大浴場が、予約貸切で値段も高く(今回は露天風呂が故障のためお金はかからなかったど)部屋風呂だけだと、好きな時に何度も入れないので、そこを前の様にいつでも誰でも入れる様にして貰えたら、また是非行きたいです。'

'街中のホテルなのに、大浴場がついていてとても素晴らしかった。室内の内装もオシャレで、センス良く素敵でした。 立地も素晴らしく、ステンドグラス美術館も大変近くて、良かったです。また泊まりたいです。'

'枕など汚れが目立つ事があった。 トイレットペーパーを支える器具が外れかかっていて壊れていた。すぐにフロントへ報告し対応は素早かったが、もう少し細かい点検はした方がいいと思います。'
