'Most friendly staff you can think. Bought upgrade for 2 to lounge, the free breakfast, high tea, enough very good food and snacks to skip dinner plus wine and drinks. Great value and super service of the lounge staff'

'Het eten a la cart was ronduit slecht. '

'Overall, our one-night stay at Vasa Hotel Surabaya was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome. We were greeted with complimentary dessert tarts, which was a thoughtful gesture and a lovely way to start our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. My wife and I also really enjoyed the fitness center and were impressed by the hotel’s beautiful, modern architecture and overall atmosphere. The hotel has plenty of convenient amenities...
