'The hotel is a fantastic place to stay for families visiting Osaka. We were travelling with two young children, and the staff were very friendly and assitive throughout the stay. The hotel has a games room with games for all ages, and a fun quest activity to find a hidden room in the hotel. Nice abd close to attractions such as Kuromon Market, Sennachimae Kitchen Street, and not too far from Dotonbori. Several train lines nearby make accessing the rest of Osaka easy. 'I like this accomadation because off the good quality/price . Free shuttle to two main actractions and the beds where good , we all have a great stay with 4 in a grand suite, because I heard the normal 4 personage is a bit tiny. They can work on closet space because there isn’t any!! On arival no water in the room. You have to pick every day your water up from the front desk! '期待以上に大大満足でした。築浅という事で、全体的にすごく清潔でしたし、とにかくお部屋が広かったです。冷蔵庫も一人暮らサイズ、バルミューダのレンジも完備！ドラム洗濯機もあり、旅行先のお部屋で洗濯する事がこんなにも快適なのか！と感じました。液体洗剤も頂けますし、ハンガーや、洗濯バサミなども完備！もう少し干す場所があると更に良しって感じですが、それでも翌朝には全部乾いていました。シャワーもダブルヘッドで水圧もサイコー！トイレも広い。コンビニも歩いて数分、駅からもゆっくり歩いても10.15分くらいで到着する位置にあり、交通面も言うことなし。スタッフの皆さんも本当に親切で、お願い事も快く対応してくださり、終始快適なホテルライフをenjoyすることができました。観光名所でもある『難波神社』も徒歩15秒で到着、その隣のお蕎麦屋さんも美味しい！観光で疲れた体と心がしっかりゆっくり休まる♡そんなホテルでした！ありがとうございました！'

'The accommodation is great. The state of the building and the rooms are very good. The kitchen has the minimum but it’s just enough. (It’s helpful to have one). The location is very good. If you are checking after the advices time, it will be a great stay. Unfortunately the communication is not very good. We reached out in advance for early check in which was told to be possible.
