'This property is absolutely spectacular! In fact, it's probably one of the best rentals I've ever stayed at (and I've stayed at dozens, if not more than 100), given the incredible view, sunsets , and lovely outdoor living spaces. ' We are accustomed to a more natural setting so this lush, open air setting with the songs of many birds and frogs in the background was absolutely perfect. There are neighbor cabins on the farm but because of distance and the lush vegetation it feels very private— with the exception of a visit by a very friendly black cat in the evening, we didn’t see any people. 'This studio was perfect for our stay in Kona! The check-in process was very smooth and easy, and the place was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Chris was available whenever we needed, and he went above and beyond in his thoughtfulness to create a great experience. I will stay here again when I make it back to Kona! Highly recommend. '

'The Sweet Mermaid Studio was exactly as described/shown in the photos, and larger than expected. There was plenty of room for my partner and I to spread out and relax after long days of adventuring. Jill was incredibly kind, and it was fun to see her art on display in the space! The location couldn't have been better for easy access to fantastic snorkeling and felt very safe and secluded, although the road to get to the property might make you car sick. '

'Checkin very friendly, the park is super clean, parking easy. Apartment good with lot of extra's like dishwasher, washing machine, coffee etc. Close to the black beach. Although there is not much around the location (20-30min drive for a supermarket), thats not the worst. On the big island everything takes time to drive, so for a relaxing place, this hotel is recommended.'
