'It's hard to find a place so well kept and clean that allows pets. This was a real find and allowed some family members who couldn't otherwise attend our reunion to be there. Nice fenced yard.'

'Characterful historic house in a handy location for all that Staunton has to offer. Lots of space, and generally helpful information. Only improvement I'd make is to provide instructions on how to work the coffee maker. Highly recommended.'

'This is the second time we stayed at this place. It’s clean, comfortable, and adorable. The only negative is the approach to the house itself, which includes a steep driveway as described in the listing. There are some great lighting and the steps up to the house can be tricky.'

'Lovely accommodations for up to 6 adults with plenty of room to hang out together or find a corner to read a book.Beds were comfortable and kitchen was large. Walking distance to town. A great stay overall.'

'Stayed in the yellow house to attend a play at The Blackfriar’s Playhouse and see the little town of Staunton. Will stay there again. '

'Mountain Mama is a beautiful house, with everything you need for a comfortable stay and more. Kristina is a great host and checked to see if all our needs were meant several times. Beautiful views. This was a friend’s trip and all three couples had private accommodations and bathrooms. I recommend this home and would love to stay again. '

'We enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was as described. The check-in and check-out procedures were easy to follow and well communicated. We enjoyed the hot tub. I appreciated that the host went above and beyond to provide toiletries. There were dishwasher pods in the kitchen, as well as extra toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower and hand soap in the bathrooms.This is a random observation, but as a tall family, I notice the height of showerheads. 'Call Acton blitz is a beautiful, well appointed destination. They left no detail unattended. They had fresh ground, coffee available and many little details that made this experience extremely positive. I would highly recommend a stay at Afton bless.'

'Afton Awaits is a beautiful home set in such a serene location. Our group of friends had such a lovely time here. The home is conveniently located to downtown Charlottesville as well as many vineyards.'

'We stayed at Clonmel Acres for a bachelorette weekend and could not have chose a better location. The house and location is beautiful. We were able to fit everyone and everyone had their own bed. There was enough space in the house for all activities. The house was clean and looked as advertised. If we needed to contact the host, they are responsive immediately and fixed any issues in a timely fashion. I would recommend Clonmel Acres, and I hope to stay there again. '
