'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'This is an older property that showed its age but it was qaint, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds were well maintained and the river was relaxing.'

'Mold on shower curtain, no slip prevention on bottom of tub or grab bar for assistance getting into or out of tub. Television did not work. Desk worker was not helpful, hair in her face, unprofessional.'

'LOVED having a room with balcony overlooking the stream/river. Very peaceful atmosphere, we enjoyed the rocking chairs on the balcony. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants and a beautiful park where you can enjoy fishing/swimming/cookouts. Driving distance to the casino, Santas Land and more. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The rooms could potentially use some updating, it is easy to see the age of the hotel but overall was clean and inviting.'

'Location is great, can walk to casino. Rooms are old and dated. Breakfast is not much. Worked fine though for one night, and we loved location.'

'Very nice and super clean hotel, on the river bank. We had a lovely room with balcony and a view on thw river. Room was very clean and also breakfast area was kept very clean. Good shower. Easy access to Cherokee. We only missed a fridge in our room.'

'Locatie is prima, je rijdt zo het dorp in en de in de Great Smoky Mountains maar het motel ziet er aan de buitenkant erg onwelkom uit. Schijn bedriegt want eenmaal binnen is de sfeer prima.'
