'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'Im sorry to say...but I booked a river front room. Apon arriving we were to early to check in so we left to go eat came back at check in time and the room still was not ready. We did not get our river front room that I booked. We ended up with a room with two full size beds in stead of two queen beds. By the pictures on their website they are supposed to have a pool...but they dont it all covered up. The lady who runs the place said you know those pictures on the website are old pictures...I...

'Very nice and super clean hotel, on the river bank. We had a lovely room with balcony and a view on thw river. Room was very clean and also breakfast area was kept very clean. Good shower. Easy access to Cherokee. We only missed a fridge in our room.'

'Truly paradise! Everything from the moment we arrived was heaven. The views when you pull up takes your breath away. Rosa was so kind, friendly and thoughtful. The decorations , beautiful eood floors, counters and surroundings were out of a magazine! Very close to bryson city and incredible hikes such as deep creek waterfall loop and rafting. The whole team was helpful and accommodating. They had tubes, wet bags and towels and firepits with wood. We had such a relaxing time. Breakfast was...

'The house we reserved was beautiful! My kids loved the whole glass wall. Waking up to the mountain view was serene. Everything was cleaned perfectly, and all we needed was available in the home. We will definitely return.'

I had a concern about booking a pet friendly room and Jamie made me feel very comfortable with this room selection since rooms were limited when I booked. They were also helpful in providing restaurant recoomendations. The breakfast was lovely. Very flavorful. Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much and would highly recommend this Inn.'
