'My wife and I really enjoyed the stay. It's close to downtown Tazewell, but far enough out of town that you feel like you're out in the mountains far from civilization. It's a quaint, new-ish wooden cabin with everything we needed for a couple days away. There's no TV, but honestly we didn't miss it, and it was nice to not mindlessly flip on the screen during downtime. I'd go back again for sure when traveling that way.'

This location was perfect, conveniently a block or so off of the main street but the trees and landscaping made it feel remote and secluded. 'This was one of the best places I've ever stayed. It was like a brand new home. It was spotless clean, has a huge shower, huge rooms, and great beds. It's basically across the street and a 100 feet down from Back of the Dragon brewery. You pour your own beer, any amount you want, and pay by the ounce, so you can sample as many as you like. 'Had a lovely time. House is great and beautifully furnished. Enjoyed all the rooms. Some suggestions: 1. the bunk bed room was freezing cold, might want to add a heat source 2. You should advertise that there are two refrigerators in the kitchen. We loved that, but we all brought large coolers for beverages and they weren’t needed. 3. Problem in the upstairs bathroom, the sink did not drain properly. May want to look at that immediately. 4. Those who used that upstairs bath suggested...

'Beautifully decorated large house, we especially loved the large screened in back porch, great for hanging with family. Also, the beds were very comfortable. We only stayed one night but really enjoyed the chill vibes. '

'We stayed 2 nights in the carriage house at the Litz mansion. Immaculate- great steam shower, comfortable bed and pillows/ Everything you could want or need! Considering places to stay in the area, the Litz house and the especially the carriage house are way better than the other options.'
