'The room was dirty!! The mirrors had handprints on them the carpets were dirty there was trash and a beer left if the felon there was hair in th tub and the bathroom floor was filthy! The cleaning staff came and cleaned while we were there in the room!! I also had booked two rooms and the second room was not available until well after check in time!! It also was dirty!! Hair in the tub as well as a used bar of soap over all filthy!!! This was a terrible experience and complained to the front...

'Zwembad is een beetje smoezelig, kamer is mooi maar badkamer is 'vergeten' op te knappen.... Te weinig handdoeken en in tegenstelling tot wat er op expedia staat geen ontbijt tot 10 uur! Om 9:10 uur was alles weg en met geen mogelijkheid een broodje meer te krijgen. Personeel ronduit onbeschoft.'

'The King room was big. Having a sofa was great. Breakfast was okay...eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles and bagels. When crowded, seating is limited for breakfast...but it allowed us to meet new people. Staff was mostly nice, our only complaint was that no one brought us clean towels or made the bed over the entire 9 days. They only tried on the last day and I had left my suitcase on the bed, so they wouldn’t touch it (that was the only time something was left on the bed). We changed out own...

'The rooms were clean and the property was fairly new. Things I didn't care for are that the rooms were very small in size, the staff was very impersonal, and their continental breakfast was very sparse.'

'It was dirty , dirty toilet and beds … smelling cigarette mixed with moisture/ mildew. On Expedia it said 4 stars but it was 2 tars on their website. Me and my friend were disappointed and also when we read all the bad reviews… if we had had choice to go somewhere else we would definitely ! But all hotel were full.'

'Very Getto like, very poor across the board'

'Smerig. Geen fohn aanwezig. Geen koffie. Personeel was niet erg behulpzaam.'

'Great stay. The hotel was clean, and in a accessible location and the staff was really friendly and helpful.'

'The hotel looked like it had recently been renovated. Everything was clean and tidy. I did not like the fact that the in room refrigerator did NOT have a freezer compartment to freeze our ice pack for the cooler we took into the mtns daily. The breakfast was great very similar to what we had last year in Houghton/Hancock MI. Great way to start the day. The front desk person we saw when we checked in was not as helpful as she could be. They should have a list of restaurants in the area that are...

'Hotel is in great shape, and is super clean.'

'Very nice'

'Great spot on the water. Excellent staff, two cookies'

'Wonderful views!'

'Location, Location, location. The lake view was amazing, any closer and we would have been in the lake. We came to do tubing at the ausable chasm river company which is very close to the the cabin. We enjoyed ice cream that was directly across from the cabin and an expensive but excellent meal at the flip flop which is walking distance down the road. The cabin was the perfect size for my husband and myself. We rented the cabin next door for our boys. Its a collection of 5 or 6 cabins with a...

'This place was amazing. The views of the lake and the sunrises on the dock were the best. Great location for trips to Montreal, Lake Placid and downtown Burlington. Jon the host was in touch daily with anything we needed throughout the 5 day stay. Great homey feel….. 🌅'

'Spacious home, great location to both town and tourist sites. Host was fabulous and easy to contact. We felt absolutely at home.'
