'The property was great minus a tonnn of bugs that fly in but you’re in the woods and there’s a fly swatter provided. There were a decent amount of large ants though that we also had to kill (at least ten) all over the unit. What was unfortunate was that on the second night a really loud alarm went off twice at 3 am and 4am. I was traveling with young children so obviously this was not great. I reached out to the property manager to ask what it was…I didn’t know if it was a break in or a carbon...

'Great spot with river view, lovely wooden interior for cozy cabin feel. Wood stove for a nice evening by the fire, but modern heating. Well appointed kitchen. Hot tub fantastic. Fire pit looks awesome but didn’t get to use. On a scenic road along the Delaware, 10 mins to port jervis restaurants and bowling alley memory lanes. Milford worth the trip, great Main Street walkable shopping. Raymondskills falls was cool. Nice owners very easy to communicate. To turn the shower on, pull the little knob...

'We loved this place. The check-in process and check-out was very simple and straightforward and David was accommodating to our request for a late check out. The cottage is lovely, just as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked and the space is perfect for two people. We can’t wait to stay again! '

'The listing, if anything, undersells the quality and cleanliness of the property. Spacious, well-appointed rooms, comfortable locations for cooking, movie watching, or conversations by the fire. The hosts could not have been more gracious, and everything was clear and easy to locate. 'Nice and relaxing and we will return! Would include directions on getting into the actual area as its so secluded it rock roads and can be confusing. Also include directions on how to get to the lake/access. But definitely would recommend to anyone. Out back firepit/grill is perfect spot!'
