'We enjoyed our three night stay here in Auburn. This charming efficiency had everything we needed and is within easy walking distance to everything in Auburn. There is a full sized refrigerator, a stove, microwave, and excellent coffee maker. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable. A really large parking area is a plus.'

'We stayed for a few nights over the holidays. The space is a renovated antique barn with absolutely beautiful and rustic interior decoration. The bed was so comfy, we cooked a few meals in the apt as well, and enjoyed a lovely morning walk around the pond into the neighboring field/park they’ve cleared. Host was extremely responsive and easy to contact. We had a very lovely time!'

'Quiet, farm setting. Convenient to town. Good location for our needs. Wifi was a bit weak at times, but we got by. No TV, but we didn’t miss it one bit!! We had a good week of fishing on Cayuga and Oneida!!!'

'The house was spotless and well stocked and is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Tiny negative points...no phone number for contacting owner. Also, really needs a few more spoons. We would have liked a DVD player, but again, a minor point. Also, one upstairs fan doesn't work currently. If you are older, be advised that the stairs are quite steep for those of us with creaky knees. All complaints are minor and we would do it again.'

'We were very happy with the house. It was filled with thoughtful additions to add to our stay and make us comfortable. There were games, phone chargers, coffee, tissues by the beds, throw blankets and much more. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. '

'While I was nervous at first because of a previous review that I saw after booking, I am pleased to say that there were no problems with my stay. When contacted by Breezy with check in instructions I was informed that the location was newly renovated to include 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, that the parking space has just been upgraded to be able to fit 2 large vehicles, and that if there was not a tenant currently there was always touch ups being done to improve the quality of the stay, I was...
