'As soon as we arrived it was easy to punch in the key code and walk in. It was really pleasant when entering. The couch was nice and the bed was really cozy. We slept great. We walked into town for dinner and shopping. Perfect location for all those things and we walked over to the arboretum and hung out there for a bit. 'Close to ski hill and town'

'We stayed here for 2 nights to ski at Holiday Valley, the location is great, just a 1 minute drive to the resort. The place was a very nice loft, clean, and everything you would need for a couple overnights stay with kids.'

'We absolutely loved this condo. The condo is well appointed and thoroughly clean. It was only a friend and I that stayed, but plenty spacious enough to relax and enjoy privacy. Owners are great to communicate with and check in was a breeze. Everything we needed was there.'

'The unit was clean and easy to find. Check in was not a problem. It is located between the center of town and the Inn at Holiday Valley. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the chairs on the deck putside of the main bedroom. We did not use the chairson the first floor outside. '

After staying in 4 different places this was our most favorite. We had our German Shepherd with us and the big yard was perfect. If we had it to do over again we would go straight here. '

'Rooms were clean and when we had a problem in the first room they switched us to a new room fast. Great customer service. Town was nice and had great places for eating. Close enough to Buffalo and Niagra Falls, we took a short drive and enjoyed a day there. Allegany State Park was amazing with lots of trails and lake to make a good day. '

'Sweet cozy cottage with an amazing host!! The property owners were more than accommodating and very sweet! The hot tub was huge- great for relaxing. On the day of checkout the husband and wife team made a spectacular home cooked breakfast and were so nice. I would absolutely recommend this property and I will definitely be going back! '
