'The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...

'Everything was so awesome!!!! They had everything you need and more. It sits on acres of property with trails to hike. We have seen more deer here than I think we have seen in our lives together. They had trails, a large deck you could sit on to watch for deer and views that were so magnificent. The house was beautiful inside as well. I would stay there again if I were to go upstate NY again.'
