'We chose Early Bird Ranch for its proximity to where our large family reunion was held. What a delightful surprise! Dave greeted us warmly and was a magnificent host, letting us know of all the things in the area. We loved getting fresh pastries and eggs for breakfast at the farm store that the family runs. If this is available the next time we have this reunion, we will absolutely stay here again annd book more days outside the reunion days. Truly a little slice of heaven! '

'I booked this cabin as an after Christmas trip for my family and our best friends' family. There were a total of 6 adults and 2 teens. Prior to the trip, I contacted the owner with a few questions and he got back to me right away each time. When we arrived, the cabin was clean, very well furnished and had everything we needed while we were there. It even had a Christmas tree and lights which made it so festive! Unfortunately, it rained while we were there so we couldn't use the sleds provided on...

'My wife and I enjoyed the room we stayed in. It was large and nice clean. We enjoyed having plenty of space to sit. Only downside is no towel holders in the bathroom. The lodge is walking distance from everything in downtown Ellicottville. '

'We booked this room last minute during a busy weekend. I Was sent a code prior to check in for room so we didn’t have to stop anywhere first. Room was clean and.newly updated. Updates reflected the area. Bed was very comfortable. Very pleasant experience.'
