'Will stay again when I’m Troy'

'Loved the apartment. I was visiting Troy for a funeral and the location made it easy. I had a parking spot and everything. The only thing I disliked was the neighbor I shared a wall with was overly loud at 3AM-4AM(probably coming back from the bar scene). But I know that isn't the Vrbos fault. When I come back to Troy under better circumstances I will select this one again if available! The owner was helpful and friendly and made my life so much easier for the two days I was there!!!'

'I stayed here for a long weekend so visit family and this place was lovely! The bathrooms were so cute and clean. The host was a gem and was very quick to answer and questions I had. The host made sure to leave extra little travel items with anything we may have needed which came in super handy. It was really cold outside and I was hoping the house would be heated enough since I tend to get super cold even inside but the host made sure to leave space heaters in areas the general heat would not...

'Everything about the property was perfect exactly as listed . Close to the fun downtown area but far enough away that the neighborhood seems pretty rough, but hey it’s Albany. The stay was awesome and if I ever come back this way I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again. '

'The building has turn-of-the-century (1900) charm, with an apartment that has been fully renovated with all the quality and amenities I would look for. Walking distance to downtown Troy, with all its beautiful little shops and restaurants. Street parking was always available. And th property manager was exceptionally responsive. Highly recommend. '

'The unit itself is very nice and has many modern touches. We loved the gaming setup and enjoyed all the modern touches. The kitchen and bathroom are really well done and made our stay enjoyable. The surrounding area/neighbors are not the best. The parking is in an adjacent medical center lot and you have to walk by neighbors who threw things at us and generally spent the entire time outside. This is also along a main road and the building shakes often from the trucks driving by,.'

'The host was extremely helpful, answering all questions promptly as well as providing detailed information about the area (restaurants, must sees, activities, shopping, etc). The unit was easily accessible with parking. I appreciated having the washer and dryer, multiple tissue boxes, brand new towels, and selection of coffee & tea. I enjoyed the weekend with my son and cooking and baking for him here. Thank you!! I also liked the heater units in the bedrooms & bathroom. Fun weekend and...

'The apartment was gorgeous, all updated appliances and a great kitchen to cook in. Despite an unplanned electrical outage caused by construction, the host was communicative and we were only without power for a couple hours. The neighborhood wasn’t great - we did not feel very safe and ensured no one went out alone, and because of that we probably won’t stay again despite the host and apartment being fantastic. '

'We only stayed for a few days visiting family. The property has been beautifully renovated. We really enjoyed our stay. Christina our host was very accomodating! '

'Compared to a hotel this is a step up as there is more room and a kitchen. Despite the description there is no washer/dryer and no soaps provided. There is a kitchen but the only pots and pans were so worn and damaged they were not usable. Cabinet doors were missed and damaged. The dish sponge was old and in need of replacement. There were no garbage bags or cleaning supplies provided. It is an apartment below a family of 8 with 6 kids. These kids are active and can be heard running until 2am....

'This is a spacious 3 bedroom riverfront unit right on the Hudson River. Everything needed is there. There are exposed beams, brick walls, and multiple areas of evidence where portions of the home were added on or modified over the years. This home is a treasure and is full of untold history. All modern conveniences are present. The hosts were extremely gracious and helpful, checking in multiple times to are assure that the stay was pleasant and that everything was provided.'

'The Other House is a cute and quirky place where we instantly felt at home. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked as if all our needs were anticipated. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Capital Region. The backyard hill is a little steeper than the photos make it out to be, so throwing the ball with the pup was not possible. '

'Clean, had all the amenities we needed and communication with the owner/manager was quick and professional. The only downside is the location- some loitering around and not as safe. When people stayed at the apartment below we could hear them late at night. Not a huge deal, as we were mostly there alone. We’ll definitely come back. '
