'Austin is the best host a traveler can have. Helped with bags, did laundry and good breakfast. Only negative is the internet is very slow and I’m sure Austin will get that taken care of.'

'The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped in general. Only a few minor negatives…perhaps the larder could have a few more basics such as salt …the refrigerator door hard to open but as a retired chef I found the kitchen more than ample. The only other negative was the bunkbed room was inhabited by many dust bunnies…The place nicely appointed and was lovely.'

'The house was situated in a picturesque part of the Cooperstown area (although it is not located in Cooperstown). It’s a great secluded location off the beaten path with nice views of the lake and trees. We went in the fall with the leaves changing. We also heard what we think was wolves howling at night which was pretty spectacular. It’s a good spot for a family, a couple or even two couples.'

'We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as listed. The grandkids enjoyed sleeping over in the little bedroom I only gave 3 stars for the location because we were driving to Dreams Park multiple times a day and it was a 20-25 min drive. I didn't pay close enough attention to that when searching for a place. '

'We had a great time at this property, plenty of room for everyone. We were able to bring our boat and enjoy the lake! Property manager was super helpful. Defiantly would come back to this property!'

'Will have a lifetime of fond memories from this place. The only thing I didn't fully understand was that it is part of a complex of a few houses, all of which share a very nice club house, pool, and dock. Wonderful property!'
