'Very friendly lady's at the frontdesc during my check-in. Frida and Olivia gave me good advice to see some highlights in Dublin. As a suprise for me, the hotel served a free diner buffet, including free drinks, the food was very good. It was my first time in a Drury hotel, but for sure it will be not my last. 'We were not apprised of the “rooms are cleaned every 3 days” policy. The bedding was never changed and we had to request towels for the room. We requested service for the duration of the stay which was not honored. This resulted an uncomfortable stay.Also the toilet flush handle needed replacement but a fix was improvised with electrical tape.'

'My only problem was with the price. The location was great. Very clean, modern, and spacious rooms.'

'I called the property to let them know we would be arriving really late after a concert and to make sure that our room was reserved. I was assured that I would have a room. They never mentioned they were going to run my card prior to my arrival and I keep that card locked. After the concert, we drove to the hotel and lo and behold they attempted to run the card. It was denied. Nobody reached out to me. Nobody contacted me, but they did rent our room, and we slept in the car in the parking lot....
