'Vi är ett gäng på 4 familjer, totalt 16 personer, som precis avslutat en vecka i det magiskt vackra huset i Condac. Vi har trivts fantastiskt bra! Huset är perfekt för större grupper, man kan sprida ut sig på det stora området och bada i poolen, spela tennis och boule och det fanns massor av plats för barnen att leka. Det stora köket var härligt att laga mat i och det var underbart att sitta i skuggan under de stora träden och äta våra middagar. Grönsakslandet var verkligen härligt att kunna...

'Beware!! Do not rent this accommodation with VRBO. This is not a legitimate listing on here. We were scammed!!! We turned up and the managers knew nothing about our booking and had never used VRBO to rent it and it already had a long standing tenant there. It was a nightmare for us having to find alternative accommodation late at night after spending the whole day travelling there. It was a further nightmare trying to get the money back.'

'Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires et frigo rempli à notre arrivée. Malheureusement, nous avions sélectionné ce gîte pour son jardin car nous venions avec 2 chiens. Or, il n’y en a pas. Seulement, un carré de jardin non attenant situé à 50 m du logement non clos, qui appartient à la commune et non aux propriétaires. 'Nous sommes restés seulement 2 nuits et pour cela le logement fait l’affaire. Le tarif est avantageux et l’hôte arrangeant. Quelques point peuvent selon moi être améliorer cependant :- bien que propre dans l’ensemble le ménage mériterait d’être un peu plus poussé.- un paillasson ou tapis manque à l’entrée nous sommes arrivés sous un week end de pluie et difficile de garder le logement propre sans cela. - les volets ferment mal difficile d’obtenir une obscurité conséquente pour notre fille. - le...

'C'est toujours très agréable de séjourner dans un lieu chargé d'histoire. Le chateau de Saveille est un très bel édifice. Notre hôte était sympathique et à l'écoute. Son logis était confortable. J'ai adoré le dortoir à l'étage, et plus encore le jardin clos et arboré, dans lequel nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas. Nous avons pu également, profiter d'une très belle exposition de tacots rutilants, dans l'enceinte du chateau. Bref, un excellent week-end !'

'Arrived to be greeted by Marie who showed us around the property, very friendly. Showed how to operate the pull cover and to contact her if any problems. The owner Henri lives in another house to the rear of the barn rental. Lovely man who would clean the pool early in the morning and check with us all ok. Would definitely stay here again, short run into Ruffec for supplies at either of the two supermarkets. Thanks for a great holiday😊'

I cooked alot during our stay as digestive illness and intolerance makes eating out tricky, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
