'Overall, I think the Best Western was very good. the only problem was I was given a room for the handicapped and I am NOT handicapped. Taking a shower was extremely challenging. As a result, I wasn't able to take a shower and wash my hair properly.
Was concerned that there was no fan in the bathroom to vent the air while I was showering. When I tried to call the front desk about it, there was no answer. Also, the way the shower was constructed water from the shower drained in the actual...

'From the time we arrived the staff were very accommodating and happy to assist. The standard king bedroom was better than expected, so no need to upgrade. Each night we tried a different restaurant and the food was incredible. The day spa pass was worth it! Thanks to all the staff who made our anniversary extra special. We will definitely return.'

'Our stay at Hampton Inn was disappointing overall. The AC was not working properly during the night. A staff member came to check it, but the room still stayed very warm. The thermostat was set to 72, and even the fan air felt warm instead of cool, making it very uncomfortable to sleep.
The bathroom exhaust fan was also not working. In the morning, we went for breakfast around 9:30 AM, but there was hardly anything left available.
The staff was polite and did try to help, but the room...
