'The rooms were clean but a little worn and dated. The pillows could use some help. They were a little too soft. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and breakfast was abundant and constantly monitored and replenished. Not much in the neighborhood, a few chain restaurants. All in all not bad for an overnight stopover.'

'The lobby was not air conditioned and neither were the halls or the elevator The TV did not work I had a bed side lite blinking, and I heard the maintenance person tell the front desk clerk "it must be an electrical issue". When I tried to call the front desk about my issues the phone did not work.'

'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

'Smells everywhere. Room and linens (pillow) smell like BO and sweat in two rooms. Hallway smells like weed. Horrible wet powder eggs breakfast. Staff was nice but need to be more proactive when they are not sitting around eating in lobby which they seemed to constantly be doing'

'Clean room and building. Free breakfast. The ice machine was broken so that was a bummer, but not a big deal. The A/C worked great. Staff was nice. No complaints.'
